If you are not currently a customer and are requesting after hours priority service at extra cost, you must clearly state that you want priority or emergency service at extra cost, you must clearly state a reason, and you must clearly state the issue. We will attempt to have your priority request routed for a response based on the information provided but cannot guarantee a response time. Current customers, services and schedules will have precedence.
